The Partner acknowledges that by confirming their email address during the registration process (clicking the confirmation link), that they are confirming this is a valid email address for all future leads to be sent to.

Should Partners require leads to be sent to an alternate email address, they must contact PinLocal by email with updated details.

  • 4.2 It is the Partner’s responsibility to inform PinLocal of any changes to contact details, including their email address. Unless notification is sent in writing (by email), the Partner shall be liable for the cost of leads sent to the email address registered with PinLocal even if that email address is incorrect.
  • 4.3 Partners are billed on a ‘per lead’ basis and PinLocal runs multiple monitoring systems to ensure all leads are delivered to your email server. PinLocal assumes no responsibility for leads that are not received by a Partner when they have been confirmed as sent from our systems and all such leads will be billed as normal.
  • 4.4 It is the Partner’s responsibility to ensure emailed leads are received into their mailboxes; this should include adding the domain PinLocal.com and specifically leads@pinlocal.com & accounts@pinlocal.com to “safe sender” or “whitelists” at both mailbox and server level.
  • 4.5 PinLocal may also offer direct integration with a Partner’s own lead management software or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System. In such cases we will still deliver all leads by email in the normal manner and billing is based on the leads delivered by email.

  • 5.3 Payments – in order to have an active account, the Partner agrees that valid billing/payment details must be submitted to PinLocal and linked to their account. • 5.5 In the event of a default in payment or a chargeback claim submitted, PinLocal shall be entitled without prejudice to charge all legal and collection costs to The Client.

6) Credit Policy

  • 6.1 Credit Requests – The Partner is permitted to obtain a credit (will not be charged for) leads for any of the following reasons:
    1. Incorrect Telephone Number & Email Address – the telephone number on the lead does not connect or does not belong to the person who submitted the lead and contact is not possible by email.
    2. Duplicate Request – the lead has already been submitted to the Partner by PinLocal. Leads received from other sources do not qualify as duplicate or for credit.
    3. Fictitious Request – (at PinLocal’s sole discretion) this lead is not a genuine quotation request, the Customer does not exist, or does not agree that they have submitted a request.
  • 6.2 In order to claim credit for a lead, the Partner agrees to reply to the lead email (from leads@pinlocal.com) or send details of the lead to info@pinlocal.com within 7 days of the lead being received.

Please state in the email which of the above reasons apply to the lead being requested for credit.

  • 6.3 The PinLocal credit team checks all credit requests before issuing a credit and will inform you in writing of the credit being applied to your account.
  • 6.4 If we credit a lead back to your account, you will receive an additional lead free of charge which may be additional to any volume caps set on your account for that day or week.
  • 6.5 The price per lead determined for each Partner is based on the costs of advertising on the Partners’ behalf. If excessive or bogus credit requests are submitted by a Partner then the cost of acquiring leads can outweigh the fees charged to that Partner.

If PinLocal deems credit requests to be excessive or bogus, we will notify any Partner by email and advise that the number of credit requests submitted should be reduced.

If after TWO such notifications, credit requests remain excessive, PinLocal reserves the right to suspend access to any further credit requests.
